4. Prices and payment

All prices are final. According to §19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

5. Shipping

Delivery times:
Germany: 2–5 business days  
Europe: 5–10 business days  
International: 7–15 business days  

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until fully paid.

7. Right of withdrawal

Customers have a 14-day withdrawal right.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
