Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KME BIKE, Kadir-Mirza Kurt, Wedellstraße 73, 12249 Berlin, Germany, Email: kme.bike.1@gmail.com) of your decision.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Returns:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Exceptions:
Personalized products and opened hygiene items cannot be returned.

Shipping:
Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments.
