Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery times:
Germany: 2–5 business days  
Europe: 5–10 business days  
International: 7–15 business days  

Please note that delays may occur in certain cases.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders.

Split shipments:
As we work with multiple suppliers, orders may be shipped in separate packages.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs and duties:
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
